• Own or have control of a compatible Web3 wallet
• Comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and cryptocurrency trading

3. Account and Membership

3.1 Wallet Connection

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them if lost.

3.2 Membership Tiers

We offer multiple membership tiers (Free, Collector Pro, Trader Elite, AI VIP). Each tier has different benefits and pricing. You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time.

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed in cryptocurrency
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are not provided for partial membership periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Accessing trading signals and market analysis
• Using AI trading bots (premium tiers only)
• Participating in the community
• Accessing NFT opportunities and whitelists

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account access with others
• Use bots or automated tools to access the Service (except our provided trading bots)
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Trading and Investment Risks

• We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• Trading signals and bot performance are not guaranteed
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• We are not liable for any trading losses
• Always conduct your own research (DYOR)

6. AI Trading Bots

Our AI trading bots are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:

• Bot performance may vary based on market conditions
• Bots may experience technical issues or downtime
• You are responsible for monitoring bot activity
• You should set appropriate risk limits and stop-losses
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bots at any time

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by The Millionairs Club and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MILLIONAIRS CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses or investment damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third parties (including hackers)
• Smart contract failures or blockchain issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Millionairs Club from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your trading activities

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or community
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your membership at any time through the dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

12. Governing Law
